JOB DESCRIPTION
The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling unit.
Main tasks: cooking for the crew, delegate the kitchen staff.
Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Language: English, preferably good knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Valid BOSIET and HACCP
