JOB DESCRIPTION
The employee will be responsible for all kitchen activities on board the vessel. He will:
• Coordinate the kitchen staff team;
• Take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE, Food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP, etc.;
REQUIREMENTS
English level B2;
Valid Ship's Cook certificate;
Covid EU certificate;
Valid BOSIET/FOET certificates
