JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the chief cook in the daily activity, such as cooking for crew and guests, keep cooking tools and equipment clean, prepare side dishes and salads;
Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP;
Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
REQUIREMENTS
English level B2;
Covid 19 vaccination;
Tetanus vaccination;
HACCP;
STCW VI/1
