JOB DESCRIPTION

The employee will be responsible for the delivery of the catering service in accordance with contractual arrangements and schedule. He will manage the catering teams and liaise with the Managing Director in order to make sure the operations run smoothly.

• Report on any incidents, projects progress etc. to the MD;
• Responsible in reviewing and monitoring the food & beverage supply chain;
• Conduct basic and advanced financial analysis;
• Inspect and investigate;
• On-going and active liaison with Client, Subcontractors to identify and resolve issues;
• Meet with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers;
• Manage and coordinate all resources required to estimate, plan, monitor and report progress for the projects;
• Provide guidelines for the development of the menu in accordance with Client’s needs;
• Control the food production and food consumption;
• Develop and present written and verbal reports, procedure controls and staff training.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree/diploma: Baccalaureus in Hotel Management or Economics.
Specific skills required: fluent English language, proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the role of Catering Project Manager for Oil & Gas/Mining/Construction projects abroad.
